HUXAL MEZCAL IS AN EXCEPTIONAL, DELICATELY SMOKY SPIRIT SUSTAINABLY GROWN FROM AGAVE, HARVESTED BY HAND, AND ROASTED IN TRADITIONAL CONICAL PITS. AFTER THE FIBERS ARE CRUSHED WITH AN OX-DRAWN TAHONA, THEY ARE FERMENTED WITH NATURAL YEASTS AND DISTILLED IN SMALL COPPER STILLS.
EACH BOTTLE REFLECTS THE ARTISANAL LEGACY OF OUR MAESTRO MEZCALERO, DON BERNARDO, AND HIS DAUGHTER, FABIOLA CRUZ MIJANGOS, AS THEY FOLLOW CENTURIES-OLD TRADITIONS OF THE TERROIR, APPROACHING THEIR CRAFT WITH PASSION AND EXPERTISE.
